Bec shares with us a message about speaking the right words, so often we can get caught out with our language being negative but God desires that we would have life.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 tells us to rejoice always, pray without ceasing and in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
In the middle of rejoicing and giving thanks is Prayer, it is our key to change and conversations with God.
